![]() as horrible as they are, I happen to kinda like wizard slayers. I personally use the Weapon Mastery Restoration mod and have my berserker go full-on axes and sword and shield style, then have him use the Shield of Harmony (which grants immunity to charm, confusion, domination, and hold,) Stonefire or Frostreaver, and Azuredge (which like a freaking Mace of Disruption and you can BUY it practically right out of Chateau Irenicus, PLUS it's a returning throwing axe so not being able to specialize in missile weapons doesn't actually hurt at all.) You can also get the Axe of the Unyielding in ToB, which is Vorpal AND grants the user regeneration, and K'logarath is a +4 throwing axe that does an extra 2d6 is the target fails a save vs. Also the barbarian getting everywhere ahead of the rest of the party, then waiting for them to have to catch up is annoying, but that's just my personal preference. Barring that you might want to have him dual-wield Belm and Kundane, which would give 4 attacks per round even before specialization and extra attacks from levels.īarbarians are nice, but I happen to prefer berserkers because their rage gives immunity to Imprisonment, which I hate with a passion, while I believe the barbarian rage doesn't. Give him darts or a shortbow because of the number of attacks you get with them- their biggest boon, the spell failure on hit, is applied on every HIT, not necessarily every time you do damage, so if you hit a wizard with Stoneskin up he still gets the Miscast effect even though he's not taking any damage. ![]() 6.9K Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition.420 Planescape: Torment: Enhanced Edition.88 Persistent Worlds & Multiplayer for NWN (not EE).409 Custom Content & Community Exp Pack.* BiG World Textpack: The Mod itself (BiG World Textpack v17.0.1 ENGLISH.7z)īiG World Installpack: The Mod itself (BiG World Installpack v17.0.5.7z)ĪTweaks: The Mod itself (atweaks-v452.zip) * BiG World Textpack: Translations and sounds (BiG World Textpack v17.0.1 ENGLISH.7z) Just found aTweaks v453 (aTweaks-master.zip) so I guess that will do.īG1 Unfinished Business: The Mod itself (bg1ub-master.zip)Ĭonvenient Ammunition: The Mod itself (ConvinientAmmunition.zip) Also if I follow the link to Unfinished Business file it's now called win-bg1ub-v15.2.zip so maybe I can just use that instead? Here's the message that I can't make heads or tails of:īWS installation doesn't work now as seems to be down. I've now un-then-re-installed it a second time, and am back to the place where it's telling me I already have mods installed. And before my second attempt (then figuring I'd settle for the "recommended" selection), it seemed to be urging me to do a Restore, because it said I already had mods installed (despite having uninstalled-then-reinstalled BG1EE). ![]() I did a Backup before my first attempt at installing the "maximized" selection of mods. It states "Backup important BG1EE files" and "If you have done a fresh installation of the game, it is recommended to do a backup now." (Presumably "fresh installation of the game" means uninstalling-then-reinstalling it?) What "important BG1EE files" is this talking about? Do I need to bother with this? I'm confused as to the purpose of BWS's Backup/Restore functionality. I've fucked up a couple of installs already, and am trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Hey guys, total noob to mods here, trying to figure out BWS. ![]()
